| The roof panels and wall panels of the light steel structure workshop can be used with high strength,light weight,convenient construction,and many other advantages of the single color steel plate or sandwich color steel plate.They use their own shear ability to participate in the whole structural stress and have a shear transfer function,thereby enhancing the whole performance of the structure.So we call the overall effect of the building envelope as the skin diaphragm effect.The generation of the skin diaphragm effect can provide effective lateral restraint for the connection components,ensure the integrity of the structure and improve the lateral stiffness,reduce the displacement.This in turn can be reduced or removed from the part of the support member and can even reduce the cross-sectional area of the members,which not only simplifies the structure,increase the aesthetics of the buildings,and can save steel,bring good economic benefits.Therefore,it has a very important practical significance to carry out systematic research on the skin diaphragm effect of the light steel structure workshop.In recent years,single color steel plate as a skin diaphragm material in testing and research has achieved certain results,but the study on the skin diaphragm effect of color steel sandwich panel is less.The color steel sandwich panels have the advantages in the heat preservation,heat insulation,durability and other aspects.In this paper,I make a systemic study on the light steel structure workshop with color steel sandwich panel.Firstly,I elaborate the background and significance of the research,summarize the research status at home and abroad.This paper introduces the composition and working mechanism of the skin diaphragm structure and the layout method of the skin diaphragm plate.Secondly,it combined with the engineering examples of the No.1 warehouse of a limited company in Kaifeng.The first step is to establish a common frame mode l through the finite element analysis software ANSYS,according to the requirements of relevant codes to verify the modeling correctly or not,and then set up the whole plant model.By making a comparison and static analysis for structures which not considering the composite skin panels and considering the composite skin diaphragm,I study the differences between these two kinds of structure in stress,displacement and internal force.Finally,I discussed in detail the influence on difference of the column height and the roof slope of structure in stress,displacement and internal force.And we can get the general rules and recommendations which can be used as a reference to engineering practice in design of considering skin diaphragm effect. |
