Research And Design On 220kV Beicheng Intellectualized Substation In Hefei

Intellectualized substation is the support of intellectualized grid. It's made up of intellectualized equipment (electronic transformer, intellectualized switch etc.) and networking instruments (process level, interval level, substation control level) based on IEC61850 and communicaiton standard. And it may establish the information sharing and operation among electronic equipments in intellectualized substation.Nowadays, intellectualized substation is widely developed in China. However, there're some problems in the design and research of intellectualized substation. In this paper, some key technique is analyzed and researched, including transformer selecting, subsystem function combination, optimization of the network structure and equipment distribution for a automation system and so on. Then, with the theory,220kV Beicheng intellectualized substation in Hefei is designed and researched. The reasonableness, feasibility and advantage of research is verified. A whole design of intellectualized substation is accomplished which reaches the preliminary design request.
