The Study On The Court Of Modern China

Since Twentieth Century, with the import and the establishment of the western ju dicial system,Chinese modern court building arised at the historic moment and becam e a new type of building.Its shape and layout is different from the traditional China off ice building.The research of modern court mainly focuses on the framework of judicia 1 system and historical research,however,the history, current situation and characteristi cs of the modern court buildings are still not fully studied.Therefore, it is very necess ary to carry out systematic research from the construction of China modern court buil ding.The paper aimed at the Chinese modern court architectural heritage,summarized and statisticd the existing modern court site, reviewed the origin and development of modern court under different judicial system.Meanwhile,taking the Supreme Court of Nanjing national government as the main object of study, analyzed, summarized and s tudied the morphological characteristics, function layout, space shaping of the modern court building,which is a useful supplement to the research on the development of Ch inese court building.This thesis is divided into five chapters:Chapter 1:The research background, concept, purpose and significance of the research, the research content and methods, and put forward the research framework.Chapter 2:Analyzed the rise of the court building and its development in china. This paper studied from the origin of the Western court. Through the exploration of the judicial system behind the court, it simply introduces the development of the Western court, and then further studies the development and transformation of China's judicial institutions, and finally studies the development of China's modern courts.Chapter 3:In accordance with the characteristics of the architectural form of the modern court to study, summed up the layout of the plane, streamline space, style and image expression of elevation.Chapter 4:Take the existing modern court case--Nanjing National Government of the Supreme Court as the object of study, focused on the background evolution, location, construction characteristics, environmental characteristics and style intention, summarized the characteristics of modern Chinese court building.Chapter 5:Summed up of the full text, pointed out the conclusion of the point of view and lack of research.
