| With the advent of the urbanization accelerating period,the society economy of the rural areas has made a huge change,and the traditional villages based on purely agricultural production are no longer adapt to the needs of the productive forces developments,and these villages will have to face many new problems.In recent years,accompanying the transfer of large number of rural labors and the development of non-agricultural economic,in vast rural areas,a phenomenon called ”inner decaying village” emerged,which mainly behaves that the center decays and the periphery rises.The “inner decaying village” not only wastes the glebe resources,but also cumbers the development of rural economy and society.The policy of building a new socialist countryside was brought forward in the 6th Plenary Session of the 15 th CPC Central Committee in December of 2005,delivering the message of reform to the vast rural areas in China.At present,the construction of a new socialist countryside is proceeding at full capacity,with the speedy development of rural landscaping as part of the program.This paper studies how to apply landscape ecology in the course of building a new countryside.Such an approach emphasizes the combination of modern theories of ecological planning and characteristics of traditional landscaping in rural areas,in order to exhibit a brand-new ecological appearance in the new countryside and construct a landscape that contains both classical and modern elements and highlights not only geographical features but also cultural uniqueness,and how to solve the continuable development problems of lands/resources/environments/establishments and constructions has become to be an important part in village planning.We should pay more attention to how to shape the features of “inner decaying village” ecology landscape.,which is an unique form of society,in the process of reforming the village landscape.In the article we are trying to explore the exclusive landscape that suit for the development of rural environment,with the starting point of Eco-villages and shaping the rural landscape.After investigating the “inner decaying village” which located in the hilly area,and then we analyze and summarize the problems about ecology landscape and environmental of the “inner decaying village”.According to survey the inner decaying village which located in the hilly area,It analyzes and summarizes the problem of the inner decaying village which located in the hilly area which exists and the causes,according to analysis the rural ecological landscape.Combined with the inner decaying village which located in the hilly area status and existing environmental issues,we propose specific strategies and methods of ecological village in hilly area of the hollow landscape from the village space layout,residential buildings,seven aspects of road traffic,river water,and the production of green farmland,public service facilities,historical and cultural.Using the analysis first and located later by the overall design ideas,we use the Anqing Wuheng rural landscape renovation to create a case for the application to do a systematic analysis and ecological landscape planning and design.Construction it provides a reference to the inner decaying village and the rural village of ecological landscape. |
