Sightseeing Agricultural Garden Planning Research Based On Hierarchy Of Needs

With the rapid development of China's economy,sightseeing agricultural parks are rising as an emerging industry rapidly.Researches of scholars in various disciplines related to planning,construction and development is endless with their growing influence at the same time.However,due to the development of tourism agriculture in our country is rather a short time,many such as the development of tourism resources and many unreasonable,unclear development priorities and other issues are to be solved.Therefore,how to recognize sightseeing agriculture parks' own development needs and levels of development characteristics,and doing the project planning in an organic,sustainable,drill-down way,it is of great significance to the project builders and consumers and the whole society and sustainable development.On the basis of professional scholars' analysis on Development and Planning of Sightseeing Agriculture Park,combined with the nature,features and functions of agricultural sightseeing park,and sightseeing agriculture park planning problems and the hierarchy of needs theory—psychological research on human development,we personated the agricultural park,innovatively proposed hierarchy of needs theory concepts of agricultural sightseeing park development.We are purposed to explore a sustained and reasonable development path for the future development and planning of sightseeing agricultural park.The main findings are as follows:1.Inherent essence of the overall developmentThrough research on development process and theoretical basis of sightseeing agriculture park,and the facing problems,we leads to the study of agricultural parks deeper meaning level,providing a theoretical basis for the planning of agricultural sightseeing park.2.Interdisciplinary innovative ideasBasis on landscape planning,ecology theory,combining hierarchy of needs theory,we listed and classified agricultural sightseeing park development factors,and summarized the planning methods in five aspects—safety,social,respect and self-actualization needs in detail,and try to summarize the development of demand levels in line with their own conditions of agricultural parks,summarized sightseeing agricultural parks' construction and development model in line with their development levels of demand.We are to explore a more reasonable path for the planning of agricultural parks.3.Combining theory and practice of projectTaking Hefei Changlinhe sightseeing agricultural demonstration garden planning project for example,we discuss the practical application of the theoretical results in the project planning process,serving a view for other agricultural sightseeing parks which are under the planning and construction as a reference,meanwhile providing for sightseeing agriculture gardens an innovative thought in planning.
