The Research On Planning Strategy Of Agricultural Sightseeing Park Based On Ecological Concept

In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization,the continuous development of social productivity and improved living quality of urban residents,agricultural sightseeing park,an innovative way of combining agriculture and tourism,have gained popularity among urban consumers.The past few decades witnessed the booming of domestic agricultural sightseeing parks.In some large and middle size cities,not only have fairly large-scale agricultural sightseeing parks been established,but developed their distinctive business models of sightseeing agriculture have been created as well.Additionally,with the announcement of the Ministry of Agriculture "Notice on Actively Developing Agricultural Multifunction and Promoting the Development of Leisure Agriculture" and the strategic proposal of "Vitalizing the Rural Areas" offering political support,the development of agricultural sightseeing parks has been strongly promoted.However,during the process of construction and development of sightseeing agriculture,some of the agricultural sightseeing parks are facing survival crisis.For example,in the process of construction,problems like unreasonable layout,inaccurate theme positioning,lack of ecological consciousness and so on.Among all the problems,constructing the parks at the cost of resource consumption and environment destruction has caused serious ecological damage and pollution to the agricultural sightseeing parks.The traditional design has been unable to build up the agricultural sightseeing parks which carrying the function of restoring ecosystem.Thus,a scientific and systematic planning theory is needed to provide construction as a guide.Therefore,in this paper,we try to introduce the ecological concept into the planning of agricultural sightseeing parks.Through literature review,logic induction and case analysis,of previous works,this paper summarizes the research of domestic and foreign sightseeing agriculture and agricultural sightseeing parks,expounds on the relevant concepts,and analyzes the significance of ecological concept to the planning of agricultural sightseeing parks.Besides,the previous discussion leads to the study of the domestic outstanding related cases.And by analyzing Agricultural Ecological Tourism Zone on The Ait in Nanjing and Efficiency Agriculture Demonstrational Park in Wuyou District Yancheng,experiences will be summarized.Furthermore,the main problems existing in the construction and development of agricultural sightseeing parks in China will be put forward,which then paves the way for the final planning and design.Eventually,the last part,the content of the comprehensive study,will raise up suggestions for agricultural sightseeing park planning based on the ecological concept.The suggestions in the paper will advise on 4 aspects: spatial layout,road traffic,landscape layout and ecological environment.Firstly,the parks should adjust land use structure,optimize spatial layout and improve planning system,according to the advantages of park location and resource industry.Secondly,based on the principle of low carbon and green we should vigorously advocate "green slow traffic",and pay attention to the coordination of traffic and environment.Thirdly,the landscape nodes should be used skillfully to improve the environmental quality of the park,and the ecological design of artificial landscape should be emphasized.Fourth,the parks should establish and improve the ecological suitability evaluation system,in order to improve the ability of pollution prevention and control.Through these suggestions,we hope to offer help for the research of agricultural sightseeing park planning based on ecological concept.
