Generally speaking, the building process of the engineering structure is carried out according to a certain construction process, large steel structure is no exception. The stiffness of the structure, the load condition and boundary conditions are constantly changing with the construction progress going forward.On the basis of force theory and construction stimulation analysis and thanks to the help of Midas Gen finite element software, here this article targets to simulated analyze the force characteristics of the large steel structure pedestrian bridge construction sequence in the construction process, describing the “pending” working status of structure in the construction process for instruction of the construction process and domination of a construction scheme, ensuring to seeking a effective way in the large steel structure technology.(1) Summarizing the construction methods and the corresponding technical characteristics of the conventional large steel structure, and analyzing the main advantages and disadvantages to research the main factors affecting the selection of construction scheme for the overall installation of the large-span steel structure. Also determine the construction sequence of a large steel structure pedestrian bridge by the construction selection solution principle(2) Present the theoretical basis for structure construction of simulation analysis from the concept of construction mechanics and construction analysis theory respectively; explain its simulation function in the construction process combining with the finite element analysis software of Midas Gen.(3) With a large steel structure pedestrian bridge as the engineering background, and based on the "activate" and the principle of "blunt analysis process consistent with the real construction process, to ensure the result of calculation more tally with practical engineering" and also fully consider the overpass the main structure in the real forming process at the construction stage, namely the simulation(4) On the basis of the construction whole process simulation analysis results, selection of key structures, quantitative description of each construction phase state structures, grasp the overall deformation law of the structure.
