The intensity detection of airplane plays an increasingly important role in the airplane designing. Nowadays, it is essential to make reasonable prediction and judgement during the aircraft designing. In our country, however, the wired test which is disorder in site is a traditional choice in this condition and results in difficulty to do the test work. In this paper, the wireless method has been proposed to detect the intensity of airplane instead of the wired one to reduce the complication of the targets.Due to the great number of measurement nodes, the ZigBee wireless communication technique has been selected to be the main means of communication in testing the intensity. Because of the signal interference of nodes in the large-scale network, the transmitting time is increasing corresponding to the enlargement of the network size. But the property of real-time is strictly demanded, so a several kinds of programs have been proposed to enhance the data transmission efficiency to reach the highest transmitting velocity. For this propose, a part of ZigBee protocol has been changed to ensure the total 16 channels can work at the same time. And the assist processor has been added to use WiFi to transmit data. Dual processor exchange the data through a two-port RAM, what is more, I2 C as a redundancy design assist the dual processor to exchangedata too.Finally, the hardware design and software realization are also presented in this paper. The transmission rate is increased and the difficulty of router designing is resolved.
