With the development of environmental vibration test and the improvement of actual use requirements, in mutually perpendicular X, Y, Z three directions, vibration test pieces need to withstand the effects of vibration environment. As vital parts of the vibration test, the structure design, production, and installation of text fixture are related to the success and credibility of the experimental results. Taking a cabin three-axis vibration fixture as the main research object, this paper gives a deep research of vibration fixture design, and uses finite element analysis software to simulate the vibration test.Firstly, basic theoretical knowledge of structural dynamics and main function of ANSYS Workbench are described briefly. In order to master the functions and processes of software simulation analysis and provide theoretical basis for finite element simulation analysis of vibration fixture, there are some examples given, such as modal, random vibration and structural optimization in ANSYS Workbench software.Secondly, this paper introduces domestic and international research status of vibration test fixture and trend of its development, studies the application of fixture design standards, typical fixture design method and design steps., According to the given model and project requirements, initial three-dimensional vibration fixture model is designed by using Pro/E three-dimensional modeling software.Thirdly, with the improved scheme proposed, frequency response analysis is carried out on the improved three-axis vibration fixture model. Meanwhile, natural frequency and random vibration response results are studied. Then rerferring to the corresponding fixture design standards, improved fixture model is futher perfect by structural optimization design.Finally, this paper discusses the influence of optimized three-axis vibration fixture to overall system vibration performance. The final frequency response analysis results need to ensure that the fixture can effectively transfer the three-axis vibration characteristics, and verify the rationality and validity of the three-axis vibration fixture design.
