Environmental vibration test is the key component of Reliability Engeering. During the recent 50 years, the requirements of the reliability have been improved gradually, and the requirements to vibration test are stricker than before. The methods of vibration test have been developed from single sinusoidal test to many tests, such as random ,sine on random, random on random, shock, shock response spectrum analysis ,time-domain random reproduction and so on.The control algorithms of these test methods play important role in the vibrations, directly affect the control precision and control danamics of the vibration tests, and also can avoid some disbenifit test result, such as lack of testing or overun of testing.So,do some research on the vibration control algorithms are very significant.This disseratation focus on the random vibration test technology, referencing to the papers published and many problems feedback from the industrial field, and do deeply theory and experimental test research in the following problems. First, Control dynamics is the key specification of the vibration test control system. Now, some native vibration controller can only reach 60dB control dynamics, but national vibration controller can reach 90dB control dynamics. So, on the analysis of random vibration test control algorithms, this disseration find the reason: the overlap and add technology during the randomization cause the spectrum leakage and the alteration of statics characters. Base on the result, this disseration put forward one solution and the formula.The solution make a great increase, and improves the control dynamics from 60dB to 90dB. Second, Compound vibration test can simulate more complex environmental vibration. While there is a problem that the sine signal is hardly separate from the hybrid vibration signals. Based on the multi-resolution spectrum analysis and Winer-Khinchin theorem, this dissertation bring out a new method that can sepearte the sine vibration signals from the hybrid SOR singals. Finally, deeply researchs on the design of DSP+FPGA real-time hardware platform are brought out and good results were obtained by doing some experimental test.In chapter 1, based on the research on the abroad and overseas, the history and evolution of the vibration test control system and relative fields are introduced, and the research goal and content of the dissertation are announced.In chapter 2, deeply research on the random vibration test control algorithms are introduced, expecially on the key technologies, such as spectrum analysis, transfer...
