With the development of automotive industry,automobile had got more electrical parts,Domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers automotive industry in order to seize market opportunities,they reduce the cycle time of development to gain the advantage.Now the CAE analysis technology is a best way to reduce the cycle times of development,so the finite element method(FEM)is widely used in automotive product design.Based on the ICP(Integrated Central Panel)structure for example,and consider kinds of structure design problems of ICP,below is the main works and research consequences:(1)ICP 3D created and made Statics simulation analysis for its hook Created 3D of ICP by Catia and used ABAQUS software to make static analysis for insert force and retention force of snap-fit and get results.(2)The retention force test of hook Do the retention force test at test bed.Compared the test method and computer simulation data,then optimized snap-fit to meet customer's specification.(3)Radom vibration modal analysis of ICP Made a modal analysis for the ICP random vibration via ANSYS software,calculated the natural frequencies,and got top six modes for analysis.Input car random vibration power spectral density curve,and got displacement and stress distribution at 1?,according to three band technique based on Gaussian distribution and Miner's Cumulative damage which be proposed by Steinberg,and according to S-N curve,calculated random fatigue coefficient,made verification of reliability of structure.Checking analysis result,improved the weak point of socket and be checked by test.(4)Radom vibration modal analysis of ICP vibration fixture Made a modal analysis for fixture random vibration via ANSYS software,and then improved structure of fixture and made the natural far away from ICP natural frequency,reduce resonance risk,kept the random vibration results of product be close to the actual situation.To sum up,this paper describe CAE technology guide the ICP structure design from three aspects which is statics analysis,random vibration modal analysis of ICP and ICP vibration fixture,and check the accuracy of CAE analysis by testing.There are important practical significance and reference value for ICP design and optimization.
