With the development of the society and the progress of science and technology,Energy saving problem obtains high attention by countries around the world.Auto production in our country has becoming the first place in the world in last seven years,but the average energy consumption is much higher than the world automobile industry average energy consumption.So developing of energy-saving technology in automotive industry is of great significance.The energy consumption of the car coating workshop occupy about 70% of the auto production energy consumption.So it is a key point of energy saving in the automobile manufacture enterprise.Focusing on the process of car coating workshop and the energy situation of the main energy consumption system,paper carries on the analyzing of energy consumption and the research of energy saving technology.First,the paper describes the background and significance of auto paint shop energy saving research,and analyzes the current situation of energy-saving issue of Automotive paint shop at home and abroad,summed up the characteristics and shortcomings of current car paint shop energy savings at home and abroad study.Analyses the energy consumption situation in paint shop from two aspects that car coating process and energy dissipation system,and quantitative analysis of the accounting process system energy situation.Through the "80/20" principles identified the three major energy-consuming systems of the paint shop,and studies on the main energy consumption and energy-saving technologies of the three major energy systems.Secondly,focusing on one of the main Energy-saving technology that preheating equipment automotive start technology of the three Energy system,paper conducted extensive studies.Through PLC equipment and STEP7 programming software,paper establish automated automatic control model,as well as,through simulation test the reliability and feasibility of automated startup programs.Finally,the preheating device automation automatic control technology is used in Lifan passenger car division painting workshop production process,by the preheating equipment automation control,savings the costs of energy saving about 667,500 yuan every year.The practical result shows that the preheating device to automatically control energy-saving technology is feasible and effective and low cost without affecting production.Thesis research provides a feasible technology for low cost,short cycle to energyimprovement of automotive paint shop;Preheat automatic equipment automation control model has established Reference to other energy-saving manufacturing enterprises.
