Elevator drive host in the elevator plays an important role, such as elevator drive main per minute starting and braking, the forward reverse times up to 120 times, elevator noise and vibration signal is complex, may be caused by electromagnetic, electric current, mechanical or aerodynamics. Once the drive host failures occur, the consequences will be unimaginable, produce noise and vibration has become the focus of widespread concern. In this paper, a vibration detection and analysis system is developed based on the abnormal noise and vibration of the elevator drive system.In this paper, at the beginning of the first introduced the research significance of the elevator drive host vibration detection and analysis system, and then lists the causes of abnormal noise and vibration. For vibration signal, this paper design the signal acquisition circuit, including a signal amplifying circuit, two order filter circuit, inverting amplifier circuit, A/D conversion circuit and so on. And detailed introduced FFT principle and signal is windowed, order analysis method. Also the problems encountered in the process of signal acquisition were analyzed and according to these problems proposed new solutions, to improve the accuracy of the analysis.The system hardware using TMS320F28335 as the core of the testing system design of the signal collection circuit. Software using CCSV5.5 programming, to complete the program design of DSP chip, and the use of FFT transform, order analysis. Implementation of the elevator driven by a host of noise and vibration signal acquisition and other functions.Through the fault simulation of the elevator control system in the elevator experimental tower, the effect of the proportional and integral value on the abnormal noise and vibration of the elevator is obtained. In order to realize the test and analysis system of the elevator driven vibration signal detection and analysis system developed in this paper, a large number of field measurements were carried out. Through a lot of elevator using field data acquisition, the abnormal noise and vibration caused by bearing wear and failure of gear wear in the traction machine can be effective for detection and analysis. In view of the fault reason proposed in the detection and analysis, after repairing or replacing faulty components on the fault point, the abnormal noise and vibration disappear, the elevator runs normally. The system can be close to the expected results.
