Abstract/Summary:
The power grid profoundly affects the social and economic development of the region and even the entire country and the production and life of the people.As the core part of the power grid,the substation is the bridge between the power plant and the user.Its main role is to gather and distribute electrical energy,which is the electrical energy in the power system.The safety and reliability of the distribution station directly affects the safety and economic operation of the entire power grid.The 110 kV Daqi Development Zone Substation is located in the Dalat Qi Development Zone and is a regional substation.It undertakes the important task of supplying power to the production enterprises and residents of the development zone.The low voltage side of the No.2 main transformer and its supporting equipment are set according to the 20 k V voltage level.At present,the 20 k V power supply line cannot be interconnected with other lines,which has become an island of power supply,resulting in low power supply reliability.At the same time,there are serious aging and high losses of the transformer air cooling system.Problems such as heavy maintenance workload.In order to improve the regional power supply capacity and reliability,this paper transforms and designs the substation,changing the transformer low voltage side from 20 k V to 10 k V,upgrading the transformer air cooling system,and transforming the main transformer cooling method from forced oil circulation air cooling to Natural air cooling,through the calculation of the system short-circuit current,to achieve the selection design of low-voltage equipment.At the same time,in order to improve the ability of the 10 k V busbar to withstand the hazards of arc short circuit and protect the safety of people and equipment,the installation and analysis of the busbar arc protection on the low-voltage side busbar were carried out.According to the design of this article,the 110 k V Daqi Development Zone substation renovation project was successfully completed in September 2019,effectively improving the power supply capacity of the development zone substation and solving the long-standing problems of the development zone substation.China’s economic development provides a strong and reliable power guarantee.Since the commissioning,all equipment has been operated safely and steadily,the power supply quality is qualified,and the power factor meets the requirements.
