Research On The Construction Of The Affordable Apartments For The Elderly In Hefei

The aging of the population of the world makes the problem of pension gradually appearing. China is a country with a large population, coupled with the long-term implementation of family planning, the aging of the population development is very fast,the elderly pension problem has become a universal social problems. Housing problem is the key to the pension problem, low-income groups, a large part of the elderly and support the elderly family. To make it difficult for the elderly to our elderly with a sense of security,according to solve their housing problems is the most basic is the most essential, is the government’s bounden responsibility.This article takes Hefei city as an example, through the investigation and Study on the current situation of the low income group of the elderly population, we found the problems of the elderly with low income, and summed up the main reasons for this problem. Using the developed countries for reference and solving the old people with low income group pension difficulties, combined with the actual situation of our country, combine low income elderly housing and the housing security policy, put forward the construction indemnificatory apartments for the elderly is to solve the problem of effective ways and the concept of indemnificatory apartments for the elderly and formation process of is discussed in this paper. After that, from two aspects of the choice of the pension model and the choice of building types, the feasibility of the construction of the security of the elderly apartments in Hefei city is analyzed, and the three types of the construction of affordable apartments for the elderly are summarized. Finally, the author combined with the results of research and analysis, provides the construction of affordable apartments for the elderly related measures. Finally, the design and practice of the three types of affordable housing for the elderly, trying to prove that the development of affordable housing construction is a feasible way to solve the problem of housing security for low-income families.
