When an earthquake, tends to cause buildings to collapse, which caused large casualties, property losses. Structure design which determines when we when essential for seismic design of structures. Life is constantly up in an irregular building structures, for the seismic design of irregular research becomes more important.This article mainly introduces the concept of high-rise buildings, mixing the concept as well as its characteristics, the irregular plane structure definition and development at home and abroad. Since then, introduces the theory of seismic design and seismic design method. In paper in the using Sap2000 software established has a not rules high rigid structure of model and in structure model Shang plus support, then on the II species structure(not set support structure and not set support structure) for series model analysis and for compared analysis, which including Push-over analysis, and reaction spectrum analysis, and more met earthquake linear Shi drive analysis, and rare met earthquake nonlinear Shi drive analysis,. On finally setting on the structure of viscoelastic energy dissipation dampers, and model analysis to study results.Body of primary research and analysis are as follows:(1)This paper using Sap2000 software build a rule higher-mixing structure model and support set on this model. No rules for the two higher-mixing structure(support structure is not set and set up support structures) for modal analysis, getting Sum X, and Sum Y is greater than 90%, to meet the requirements;(2)Analysis on support structure model Push-over is not set, and load the structure, number of plastic hinge structure damage and failure process of variation of plastic hinge;(3)On two kinds of structure response spectrum analysis, three time history analysis of wave(earthquake time history analysis and nonlinear analysis under rare earthquakes), and compare the results of two kinds of structure analysis.In structures with viscoelastic energy dissipation dampers, and time history analysis of structures under the three waves, and comparative analysis of support structure is not set.
