| In the process of raising the speed of the sixth railway in our country, it is necessary to adopt the new PC groove beam to replace the lower deck steel bridge which is widely used in the country because of its rigidity. Because of the heavy workload, and subject to the construction conditions and construction sites and other restrictions, the need for more flexible and simple construction method, in order to save construction time, reduce construction costs, to ensure the quality of construction. The overall shift beam method is economical and practical, simple construction, short construction period, simple operation and safety of high, is the current China \’s existing railway bridge update the transformation of an important construction method. The catfish bridge as the research background, the overall shift beam method in the process of the construction of key technologies were studied. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows.(1) according to the characteristics of the old bridge structure and field working conditions, the key technology of the old bridge removal was studied. According to the comparison of the three kinds of moving beam schemes, the scheme of the artificial moving beam is determined. Second, the formulation of the removed before construction preparation work, determine the construction investigation, technical preparation, preparation of construction materials and equipment, and prior to the construction of the old bridge Chaochu ready to work contents and implementation method. Finally, from the top of the beam body rise, slide layout, translation of girder and girder falling four steps:beam moving body construction process and steps are presented.(2) research on the key technologies of the precast and moving equipment. Construction of precast precast beam, formulated the general construction scheme, and then puts forward from construction preparation, template set, support pre pressure, concrete construction, prestressed construction and construction of bridge deck construction process, also the construction process proposed clear requirements and quantitative indicators. Formulated precast beam overall installed construction scheme, put forward the translation slideway, prefabricated beam landing and shift key construction node construction method and requirements.(3) the calculation and analysis of the depth of the steel pipe pile in the construction process of the prefabricated beam in the preconstruction and construction process.(4) the construction control and management methods are studied. The composition, purpose, content and implementation plan of the construction monitoring system are studied and established. The construction safeguard measures.Using the construction method and technology proposed in this paper, the bridge has been successfully completed in early 2016, and has been delivered to the normal operation. The construction method greatly shortens the construction period, reduces the construction cost, and improves the construction quality. The construction method and the technique proposed in this paper are reasonable and feasible, which can be used for reference in the future. But at the same time, it should also be noted that for optimization and management of the construction site personnel, machinery and materials, harsh environment of precast concrete pouring and maintenance, construction process in various departments of the coordination and organization still need to further study. |
