Is a state of inland water transport resources are very abundant in our country, large capacity, less land, low energy consumption characteristics and advantage of inland water transportation, inland water transportation construction in China in recent years obtained the considerable development. For better to water transportation, highway, aviation and other modes of transportation, more scientific and effective play to the advantages of each transport mode, establish a more scientific, efficient, modern integrated comprehensive transportation system. At the same time to reverse the level of inland water transport development in our country can’t meet, national economy and the present situation of the comprehensive transportation system development requirements, countries increase the intensity of the inland waterway construction, the state council issued a number of guidelines for inland waterway construction, vigorously promote the construction of China’s inland waterway [1]. Due to the development of inland waterway behind the development of the highway and railway speed greatly, so in waterway regulation engineering construction, involving a large number of highway and railway bridge, due to the clear height requirement cannot satisfy the requirement of channel upgrade need rebuilding or reconstruction. However, most of these requires to be rebuilt railway bridge is located in the complex water environment, because of the conditions of large ships can’t enter the construction area, at the same time because of the influence of surrounding environment construction using traditional methods to larger regional conditions is difficult, high security risk investment. Through the survey found in the inland river waterway regulation project of rebuilding project of railway Bridges, investment not only large and often become the key node of the whole channel upgrade renovation project. Through technical innovation in lower inland waterway because of railway bridge construction costs at the same time to speed up the construction speed, become an important subject in the construction of inland waterway.Shanghai-Kunming railway garden drainage were computed. Paper first of all, the current domestic large diameter elevated pile caps on inland waterway technical point and the main construction method of railway Bridges are analyzed, then combined with garden drainage were computed. in difficult point of the reconstruction project of the large bridge construction technology are analyzed, including the selection of steel pipe inclined pile driving equipment under complicated environment and transform, precision steel tube of the inclined pile under complicated environment, the water of inclined pile design and construction of the cofferdam and steel truss girders of the combination of longitudinal transverse construction technology. Finally, respectively, introduces in detail the construction technology and methods of design and implementation effect., through the study of this paper can get the following conclusions:(1) considering the water build-up stent pile and ordinary barges and transformation of piling barge pontoon floating pile as well as the characteristics of the project, the advantages and disadvantages of modified pontoon floating pile not only low cost, also can meet the engineering construction the characteristics of high precision;(2) steel box on the hanging system and steel pipe piles under water set three range, ensure the smooth sinking of steel jacket box, largely at the same time guarantee the speed and precision of the steel box construction;(3) through a 2 hole set connector between 64 m steel truss beam, pier is set in the water near the pier bracket adopting glide path sliding boots situation, the quality of the finished hole 2 64 m vertical steel truss girder erection construction, the maximum extent, reduces the influence on the construction of regional waterway, high construction speed, high precision control, low security risks, etc. In this paper, through the garden drainage were computed. in super-large bridge reconstruction project technical research put forward a set of large diameter steel pipe on the inland waterway inclined pile construction technology of railway Bridges, this paper research for inland waterway renovation of the same kind of bridge construction to provide the reference and reference.
