Wire grid concrete composite slabs,also known as Concrete Sandwish slabls(CS slabs), are not only a set of load-bearing thermal insulation but also one of the new building structure slab; is the main load-bearing component of the structural system of concrete sandwich slabs. CS slab system is one of the new system which is made up of CS bearing wallboard,CS roof slab,CS floor slab,concrete collar and structural column. The system has been successfully used in residential buildings.This system combines the function of thermal insulation,it is the new green building system, this system has a broad development prospects. As the main load-bearing components, CS load-bearing roof has important significance.In order to study the change law of CS slsbs, we use finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish a suitable analysis model of CS board based on the experiment data.By comparison with experiment data the ANSYS model prove its correctness. And then the author use the model to do a series of analysis.First, by finite element simulation,the variation of each part of the CS slab in the process of deformation is known. Using the ANSYS finite element simulation of the CS board flexural whole process, for CS board this complex problem space steel mesh and concrete composite structure modeling has been solved.Secondly, in a cross-sectional study of strain, the paper make a further research on the ultimate bearing capacity formula of CS slab. Compared with the previous CS assumes all upper concrete slab participate under pressure, this research is more accurate, the paper accurately determine the CS board's neutral axis during flexural based on finite element analysis results. It will be more accurate to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of the CS slab by using the coefficients put forward by this paper.Finally, the paper studied the variation of the deflection of the CS slab. Based on the fact that the CS slab is made up with hard steel, the the flexural stiffness of the CS board corresponding reduction calculation is put forward.
