It is a long time since people start research on human space and architectural field, Lao Tzu’s "Tao Te Ching" describes the situation of space to Feng Shui theory of Chinese ancient doctrine on space layout and planning groups, ancient craftsmen from generations of experience summed accurate and practical approach, but a lot of experience are not verified in the modern scientific environment, subject to a lot of questions. From the 19 th century, Austrian architect Camillo Sitte(1843 ~ 1903) first proposed the D / H ratio in the city streets and squares in space concept in his book "Urban Construction Art: Art to follow the principles of urban development", then Yoshinobu Ashihara, a Japanese architectural scholar, did a deeper research on D / H theories in his book External Space Design. This theory has long been widely used, but that is based on the highly inductive dimensional icon method, the increase in modern high-rise buildings in cities and large body mass building group, the application of this theory becomes stretched. This study is based architectural massing effect on the visual field of architecture, application parameters of computing software, a new calculation method to quantify the visual field of the building, it is an analysis of group of buildings and the urban environment. This study is based on human visual physiology and optics of the previous quantitative methods to optimize innovation, summed up a set of new theories and also an analytical method handling the huge amount of data generated by the complex space in application of parameterization software, with complex outer space and the Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven complex buildings axis is calculated to quantify the two instances to prove the feasibility of quantitative methods, and two instances of strong construction field space is divided with a superimposed, by observing and analyzing data, examples of spatial analysis and evaluation. This research method for the study of the visual field of the building gained some research foundation, provides a method for spatial analysis on a complex interface, but also provides an evaluation standard for the construction and renovation of urban space planning. It proves design is not simply a burst of inspiration, but also rational laws in it waiting to be discovered.
