The construction of ecological civilization, to achieve beautiful China, put energy saving on the agenda. Building energy saving is the new target of contemporary architecture, is the new standard to measure the modernization construction, is an important measure to build a green China, and is an important means of realizing sustainable development. With the development of the national economy, China’s energy consumption increased rapidly, has become the world’s important resource consuming country. And building energy consumption accounted for a large proportion of. As an important means of energy saving and emission reduction,energy-saving building has become a new research direction. At present, the theory and practice study of building energy saving in our country is still at a low stage of development, further energy-saving building evaluation research can further improve the relevant theory, to better guide the practice.This thesis summarizes the study of energy saving building status and building energy-saving evaluation system, the relevant evaluation system of energy saving building are analyzed, at present, there is not a complete evaluation system for building energy saving, therefore, it is necessary to study the analysis and optimization of evaluation of energy-saving building. This thesis introduces the design idea; construction of energy-efficient building evaluation of intelligent system,analyzes the idea of building energy consumption evaluation index, and through the establishment of energy-saving building evaluation index structure, reasonably set the weight of index structure, the establishment of energy-saving building scientific and effective evaluation system. On this basis, this thesis analyses the energy-saving building comprehensive evaluation methods. In the comparison of several methods such as analytic hierarchy process method, correlation matrix method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and so on, through the integration evaluation operation assessment of the grey system theory to optimize the analysis and grey fuzzy evaluation method based on the further optimization of energy saving building comprehensive evaluation method. At the same time, the combination of the actual project the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on energy saving theory research of this thesis makes a case study. Through a combination of theory and case, whichmakes the research results of this thesis can be a theoretical support can also through practical application to demonstrate its practical value, to better guide the project practice, to promote energy-saving building evaluation play a positive role.Finally, this thesis made a summary and Prospect on the research, evaluation model in the analysis of building energy conservation related factor of energy consumption and building energy saving, energy-saving building comprehensive evaluation optimization based on the thought to discuss energy-saving building evaluation, made analysis of harvest some evaluation perspective and further optimization ideas and means, but there is still a certain the need to continue to explore the issue, looking forward to further research and exploration on how to effectively integrate economy, further optimization of the evaluation system, reducing the human factorin the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,etc.
