In recent years,urban infrastructure construction has developed rapidly in our country,especially in the urban landscape garden engineering more and more be taken seriously.Many local governments spend a lot of manpower and improve the landscape of urban core area.If the transformation of the effect is satisfactory,it is the designer priority consideration.Landscape evaluation is a reflection of the overall quality of the landscape design program.This essay aim to investigate a number of landscape elements,screening, research,and do the questionnaire survey to personnel engaged in the professional design,consulting,the owner and other professionals,then choose related indexes and build municipal road landscape evaluation system based on this.Through the factor analysis to analyze the collected data,finally get the result of the need,providing the most important basis for scheme comparison.First, on the basis of previous research on the literature review,construct Landscape evaluation index system,including transportation access function,recreation function,safety and protection function,overall effect,formal beauty of landscape plants,landscape elements coordination,artistic conception beauty,in line with national standards,adjust measures to local conditions,comfort for the human body,design innovation,application of new technologies and materials,reflecting the geographical features, the project cost the negative impact of the construction, maintenance cost,green rate,species diversity,totally 18 indexes.Then use the questionnaire method and acquire the importance of scoring from several design units,consultancy and other related landscape design practitioners,Data collection has been used factor analysis method to data processing and eventually get the five factors,overall effect of landscape design, landscape construction conditions and the influence,innovation of landscape design,landscape design concept and landscape engineering cost control.This essay makes the proposed have been verified the rationality of the evaluation index,on the basis of the evaluation index system has been established,through the comparison of the project named Bu’er Hatong River Landscape Project and compared the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes considering the analysis conclusion before.
