With the development of the economy,the number of motor vehicles are increasing in a high speed.Research and analysis on the urban road light environment and the impact of factors can make the driver more safety and increase the light pollution of the roadway.Road light environment and its influence factors of five administrative regions in Suzhou are measured and investigated during the period 2015.05-2015.07.About investigation of roads,representative roads in the five districts are selected to measure illumination and brightness,to investigate the road street light type,pavement quality and arrangement of lamps;While researching overuse of high beam lights and refitting lights,the number of motor vehicles within ten minutes and overuse of headlights and refitting lights are recorded,and vertical illumination of the nighttime vehicle headlights on full beam in different position are measured;Research on fill light of monitoring probe,vertical illuminance of monitoring probe lights on the road in the direction of vehicle move direction are record;For the research of LED display,the number and height,area and position of the LED display around the road are investigated,and the brightness of the display screen is measured;To the investigation of the glass curtain wall,the reflection ratio of the glass curtain wall,which occupies more than 50% of the glass curtain wall,is measured.Also,a survey of the relevant management departments is conducted,as well as for the public and the experts questionnaire.Four in thirty six roads are installed LED lights and others high pressure sodium lamps.There are seven major roads,two roads,three branches illumination average,that their average illuminance uniformity and brightness,uniform brightness degrees are below maintained minimum value < standard > required.531 cars in researched 2754 vehicles have violated regulations to use high beam lights and refitting lamps,and the proportion reached 20%.Xuefu Road,pan Xu Lu and Shang Tang Jie,the liberation of West,Yangcheng Lake Road,the paths have set fill lights facing the direction of travel.According to Research,11 displays in investigated 22 around roads are stand in the intersection area while average brightness of 15 displays is higher than the standard of Shenzhen outdoor LED display setup planning requirement to make it lower than the standard value of 500cd/m2.Among the 24 buildings in the glass curtain wall,four have reflectance more than 0.3.Through a questionnaire survey of experts and the public,8 factors effect road light environment are obtain.From large to small in turn,there are the high beam lamp of themotor vehicle,monitoring probe fill light,LED display,occlusion of trees,reflective glass curtain wall light,street lamp types,properties of road surface,arrangement of lights.After being partially validated,the results in line is reasonable.Monitoring results show that in the researched five districts road illumination average,illumination uniformity and brightness average,brightness uniformity is in various degree lower than the relevant standard.The abuse of high beam lights and refitting lamps for motor vehicle is a more serious phenomenon.Also fill light of Monitoring probe light is too bright and the installation height is too low.In the management of LED display,there is no introduction of a setup standards in Suzhou,and it results in over brightness which having a greater impact to the drivers and residents;The road illumination and brightness uniformity are decreased due to street lined trees;Some architectural glass curtain wall reflectivity is higher and more concentrated.To solve the problems explored in the research process,it's necessary to have more strict management by relevant departments,and more appropriate norms and more scientific design should be considered to ensure the comfort and health of road light environment.
