With the rapid development of China's economy,the highway network in capital construction has been completed.But there are a lot of problems in the construction of municipal roads,especially in steep mountainous roads.In the Southwest,terrain is complex and it is difficult to construct roads in the region.Because of the big slope,as a result,it occurred for the completed roads that sense of comfort is poor when driving and the asphalt pavement is badly damaged.Coupled with more rain,high temperature in Southwest Area,there are cracks,goes obstruct,bellied package,rutting and other issues at intersections and bus parking port.Although municipal departments have done a lot of maintenance regulation,but because traffic loads and traffic characteristics faced with is more special in these places and the service life of pavement after repaired is relatively short to fail to resolve these problem fundamentally.The frequent maintenance will make management and maintenance costs waster a lot,but also produces a negative social impact.Therefore,it is necessary to study these issues and improve the durability of the steep and chicane road and road in the bus stop harbor,and enhance the good image of urban construction in the public.Our item conducted a field investigation,analysis and research for steep road and road in the bus stop chicane in the main city of Chongqing.On this basis,combined with project of “technology research on Asphalt Pavement of steep roads in Port parking “,systematic research on technology research on Asphalt Pavement of steep roads in Port parking was conducted and a set of construction technology was proposed.First of all,the interface bonding materials are studied,and a series of physical and mechanical tests are carried out in the laboratory that the bonding materials for road was proposed.Secondly,the preparation and technical characteristics of the rubber asphalt concrete are studied,and the mixture ratio design and performance of rubber asphalt mixture are studied by using GTM method.Concluded as follow:(1)The GTM method of asphalt rubber has outstanding low temperature crack resistance and storage stability.(2)The GTM method rubberized asphalt slightly better than conventional rubber asphalt,compared with asphalt,there is a considerable degree.(3)Anti-aging properties of asphalt rubber live chemical method is consistent with the conventional rubber asphalt.Then,the typical structure suitable for Asphalt Pavement of steep roads and sharp bends parking Harbor was studied.Finally,through paving the test road,the project entity paving and construction technology research were completed,paving and construction technology for the steep road sharp curve and parking harbor high temperature durability of asphalt pavement was proposed,and the problem of mixture compaction degree was solved.
