Rubber asphalt stress absorbed layer composite pavement technology iscurrently a new technique in the field of domestic urban road construction, caneffectively solve the problem that occurs when cement road add pave asphalt concreteto the pavement surface such as the old cement road surface reflection crack, asphaltlayer bonding rickety and water disasters and so on. In the urban road asphaltchemical engineering, especially "white to black" road is more and more widelyapplied in engineering. As improvement and standardization of the technology, howto adjust this technology to local conditions in urban road reconstruction is of greatsignificance to the health development of the cause of urban traffic. With the housingand construction department of fujian province promoting the technology in May2011, using PuTian city li garden road reconstruction project as the engineeringbackground, this article studies the technology of rubber asphalt stress absorbed layerby the combination of theory and practice research.Starting from the composition of asphalt, rubber powder, this paper expoundsthe rubber powder for asphalt modification effect, summarizes the advantages ofrubber asphalt, and designs the asphalt mixture with the engineering practice.To analyze the causes of reflection crack, summarizes the factors influencingreflection crack, the paper expounds the mechanism of stress absorbing layer, andstress absorbed layer material of performance indicators is given.Using PuTian city Li garden road reconstruction project as an example,combining with the characteristics of engineering, this article gives a systematicintroduction of rubber asphalt stress absorbed layer technology. Main contents are:the current situation of the cement concrete pavement evaluation after constructionsite investigation; Traffic volume forecast, putting forward the road reconstructionscheme; Scheme comparison, including the old cement concrete pavement overlayscheme, regulation scheme of the old cement concrete pavement, the asphalt layerdesign scheme, etc.; Modified pavement structure design; Rubber asphalt stress absorbed layer construction technology and construction quality control management;Benefit evaluation.The successful application of this technology in PuTian city road "white toblack" project, formed a set of construction technology with the integration ofmaterials, equipment and processes which can provide experience for the technologyin engineering application.
