With the continuous growth of China's vehicle axle load and the volume of traffic,the early damage of asphalt pavement problem has become increasingly serious,especially water damage problem.Asphalt and aggregate adhesion is the most important factor of asphalt concrete pavement appears water damage phenomenon.At present,the main method of adhesion enhancement is mixed with cement,amine anti-stripping agent,lime and other traditional anti-stripping material,but all aspects of the comprehensive study found that aboved material have their own advantages and disadvantages when mixed into the asphalt mixture alone as anti-stripping agent.Combined with cost-benefit?construction technology,as well as their advantages and disadvantages of traditional anti-stripping agent,it is necessary to put cement and amines as anti-stripping agent into asphalt mixture simultaneously to study its road performance for future practical applications in engineering.In this study,based on cement and amine anti-stripping agent's status of product quality and performance requirements,designed a variety of different content ratio test programs,achievements are as follows;(1)By three indicators,have studied the performance of asphalt mortar which single-mixed amine anti-stripping agent,the results show,amine anti-stripping agent' optimum dosage is 0.4% of collaborative mixed with cement and amines.Use high consistency rotational viscosimeter experiment and three indicators to study five groups of program performance of asphalt mortar which collaborative mixed with cement and amines,the results show,penetration of asphalt mortar which collaborative mixed with cement and amines relatively asphalt reduced by at least 30.2%,ductility increases of at least 43.7%,brookfield viscosity increases of at least 151.6%.(2)By water boiling methods,immersion method,and first proposed the "quantitative boiled method" to study comparatively five kinds project of adhesion of asphalt mortar and aggregate under the interaction of cement with amine anti-stripping agent qualitatively and quantitatively,the results show:The fourth group 2.5% cement + 0.4% amines,after boiled,the average ratio of quality spalled of the raw mix quality is 1.342% only,five group scheme lowest proportion;in terms of adhesion,2.5%cement+0.4% amines is better than 2.0% cement+0.4% amines,2.0% cement+0.4% amines is better than1.5% cement+0.4% amines,1.5% cement+0.4% amines is better than 3.0% cement+0.4% amines,3.0% cement+0.4% amines is better than 1.0% cement+0.4% amines.(3)By immersed Marshall test,rutting test,low temperature test to study performance on asphalt road comparatively by collaborative mixed with cement and amines?single-mixed cement?single-mixed hydrated lime ?single-mixed amine anti-stripping agent.The results show:(1)After the cement complex the amines,the ability to resist water damage increased significantly,residual stability values up to 111.58%,TSR up to 108.39%,better than single-mixed cement?single-mixed amine anti-stripping agent ?single-mixed hydrated lime's;(2)Single-mixed cement?single-mixed amine anti-stripping agent ?single-mixed hydrated lime can improve the high temperature performance of asphalt mixtures,single-mixed hydrated lime is better than single-mixed cement and single-mixed amine anti-stripping agent's,when the lime content of 1.5%,the dynamic stability value can reach up to 3074.3,however,after the cement complex trace amines,high temperature performance is greatly enhanced,when the 3.0% cement and 0.4% of Carlo amine compounded,the dynamic stability of the value can up to 3591.7;(3)Low temperature performance of collaborative mixed with cement and amines not as good as single-mixed amine anti-stripping agent and single-mixed hydrated lime's,but is better than single-mixed cement;(4)Taking all road performance in generally,cement+ amines is better than hydrated lime,hydrated lime is better than cement,cement is better than amines.Combining all aspects of research,the theory optimum mixture ratio of AC-25 C as base course that granite asphalt mixture which mixed with cement and amines collaboratively is: 2.5% cement + 2.5% Mineral powder + 70 # Matrix asphalt + 0.4% amines.The research results will be instructive for construction companies to save costs and increase efficiency,improve road performance.
