Since China's reform and opening-up,especially in the last decade,economic strength gradually increases.In the field of construction,construction technology and construction level is also increased.Meanwhile,large-scale public buildings with bigger space,many functions and abundant morphology are emerged at a right moment and become more and more prominent in the city.Currently,Equipment lifting solution and technique of large-scale public buildings is getting mature and perfect.However,due to the initial design can not design that original structure may be damaged and transformed after reconstruction and expansion as well as refitted equipment exerts rating load on girder,floor and pillar,some problems like bearing capacity calculation and plan implementation are brought in equipment lifting of reconstruction and expansion when large-scale public buildings is rebuild and expanded.Aimed at a reconstruction and expansion project of one large-scale public building,this thesis provides scientific and feasible theory basis for construction program of equipment lifting through a series of calculation on structure.However,big space,large scale,great demand,multi-function and other new features bring more difficulties to underground equipment transportation of large-scale public buildings,especially structure design and temporary support need to be handled properly in the process of equipment transportation.Therefore,structure and support of underground equipment of large-scale public buildings is drawing increasing attention.It has many problems in equipment lifting of large-scale public buildings reconstruction and expansion.Therefore,before equipment transportation,we must work out scientific and reasonable implementation plan with strong operability through effective precision computation,and design effective structure and temporary support technology to make sure security and efficiency of large equipment transportation.This thesis just makes a deep research on solving the problem of structure and support in the process of underground equipment transportation when large-scale public buildings is reconstructed and expanded through combining with a Beijing project case.It states selection principle of transport route and structure support technology under the vertical transportation method.The same,author mainly calculated bearing loading stress of related board units on detail in the process of equipment lifting with the finite element method of CAD software.Besides,load from its own gravity to original structure after finishing equipment lifting is also calculated.Based on analysis result from finite element method,the author finds a temporary support plan,and path,steps and method of equipment lifting transportation.Meanwhile,after equipment installed,the author has a further research on its influence on support of original structure and reconstruction of bearing parts.
