Remanufacturing is an important part of the reverse supply chain,and an important way to realize the reuse of the used products and economic sustainable development.Electromechanical products,such as home appliances,automobiles,construction machinery,machine tools,ect,have gradually entered into the peak period of scrap in our country,more urgent demand for remanufacturing.Remanufacturability of used electromechanical products is the key to determine the remanufacturing value,and an important basis for remanufacturing production decisions.Therefore,exploring the method of remanufacturability evaluation for used electromechanical products is the focus of remanufacturing technology research.In this paper,the method of remanufacturability evaluation for used electromechanical products is studied from four aspects: residual performance,technicality,economy,greenness.(1)On the basis of the current research situation about remanufacture and evaluation technology at home and abroad,the definition of remanufacturing,remanufacturing process,remanufacturing technology foundation,the definition of remanufacturability and connotation of evaluation are elaborated.And the process framework of remanufacturability evaluation for used electromechanical products is built.(2)The existing remanufacture technology mainly concentrates in the components' surface repair,lack of consideration of its internal fatigue damage,so a method of remanufacturability evaluation for used electromechanical products based on residual performance is proposed.And analyzes the significance of the remanufacturability evaluation based on residual performance.(3)Remanufacturability evaluation for the remanufacture process of single used electromechanical product is analyzed from three aspects: technicality,economy,greenness.The secondary indicators of the technicality includes disassembly difficulty index,cleaning difficulty index,detection feasibility index,remanufacturing processing feasibility index and reassembly feasibility index,and the secondary indicators of the greenness includes material saving,energy saving and pollution emission index,which are quantified according to the original information of the products,the remanufacturing process information and expert experience knowledge,the weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process.The remanufacturing cost is the key factor for the remanufacturing economy,so remanufacturing economy is described by remanufacturing cost,a prediction method for remanufacturing cost of used electromechanical products based on support vector machine(SVM)is proposed.The prediction model of remanufacturing cost based on SVM is established,which are based on the technical index,the ratio of the parts for remanufacturing,the ratio of the parts for replacing as input,the remanufacturing cost as output.(4)In view of the actual demand of mass remanufacturing production,a remanufacturability comprehensive evaluation method for multiple used electromechanical products based on matter-element model is proposed,the matter-element matrix of the remanufacturability comprehensive evaluation for used electromechanical products is built,and using analytic hierarchy process to carry on the weighted combination of the technical,economic and green evaluation results,to realize the sort of comprehensive remanufacturability for different used electromechanical products,and providing reference to making the remanufacturing production plan.(5)QR523 automobile gearbox is given as an instance to illustrate the feasibility of the above evaluation method.
