Engineering Project Risk Management Research Of Jiangjunling Operating Area Dock

The Chinese government is increasing the investment to infrastructure construction of port pier etc and promoting area economy and social development through investment pulling as the implementation of country "the Pearl River to Xijiang River" economic area development strategy. But the construction of the inland river port faces a lot of project risk factors and the success or failure of the project directly influences the implementation of national strategy. Therefore, it has important practical significance to research on inland dock engineering project risk management.This paper deploys instance analysis for the process of project risk management of Jiangjunling operating area dock combining with the project risk management theory. Firstly, understand the project's whole situation of through the detailed analysis for the project's general situation and the external necessity and internal conditions of project implementation. Secondly, identify project major risk factors through setting an example of employing the checklist method and estimate the project financial risk through giving an example of adopting the sensitivity analysis method. Again, on the basic of project risk factors identification and evaluation, conclude project major risk estimation of Jiangjunling operating area dock by adopting risk map method to assess risk. Finally, according to the result of project risk evaluation, the paper puts forward the general ridge area wharf project risk response the paper puts forward the project risk response measure.
