Energy consumption is huge in China,And building energy efficiency is an important part of energy consumption.Besides,our country is the world’s biggest production and consumption country of paint,and VOC emission have caused a lot pressure to the environment,thus,water-based building insulation coatings is a currently hot research.By using pre-emulsified seed-emusification process,we studied the silicone-modified acrylic emulsion synthetic formula.Experimental results show that the optimal formula of silicone-modified acrylic emulsion is: hard and soft monomer ratio 0.7,oil-water ratio is 0.7,OP-10 / SLS 1: 1 and the total amount of emulsifier is 3%,the amount of initiator is 0.4%,the amount of NaHCO3 is 0.25%.On the basic experiment of the silicone-modified acrylic synthetic,The experiment continue to study fluorosilicone modified silicon acrylic emulsion preparation,and have researched on the influence of the synthesis process on properties of emulsion.Experiment results show that the fluorine monomer can improve performance of acrylic emulsion.the fluorine-silicon acrylic emulsion was prepared in the following conditions: fluorosilicone ratio of 1: 4 and total amount of 5%,the optimum conditions was that 3/4 emulsifier in pre-emulsified,the seed pre-emulsion accounts 20% of the total pre-emulsion,reaction temperature 80℃,pre-emulsion distribution droplets time 2.5 h.The low content of fluorine-silicone modified acrylate emulsion in line with the performance of GB / T 20623-2006.IR analysis shows that product is a fluorine-silicone acrylate monomer copolymerization.TG analysis shows that emulsion in the weight loss around 200℃ and weight loss rate of 2.046%.Insulation experimental results show that the better performance paint have been prepared with the following condition: insulation propertiesthe grinding time was 2 h,water consumption was 20%,pigment to binder ratio of 2.0,hollow glass microspheres and rutile titanium dioxide ratio of 0.8,sericite powder 3.3%,the silicon fluoride ratio in the base material 2:3,the equilibrium temperature of the plate with coating lower 15℃than the plate with no coating.TG analysis shows that at 200℃weightlessness rate was 3.746%,800℃weightlessness rate of 49.65%,indicating that the coating is preferably stable at 200℃;Coating performance in line with GB / T9755-2014 "synthetic resin latex wall paint" standard.
