Currently, The development of a new type of structural system faster was cold-formed thin-walled steel residential buildings at home and abroad, As one of the typical representative of the energy saving building, Be used for all kinds of industrial and civil buildings because of its characteristics was component of the industrialized production and short construction period. But less research for solar water heating system on cold-formed thin-walled steel residential buildings integrated in the country, So the study of contributes to promoting the development of industrialization of the cold-formed thin-walled steel residential buildings in the field. The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part describes the background and significance of the solar water heating system on cold-formed thin-walled steel residential buildings integrated. Analysis of the structure and research status of the building at home and abroad,and development status of solar energy technology, The research contents and ideas of this paper are determined. In the second part, the problems of domestic solar water heater are analyzed,The specific installation form of the solar collector bracket in the building and Pipeline setting is different Because of the difference between the roof structure and the wall structure from the traditional architectural form.Therefore, this chapter focuses on the study of the problem is the installation of heat collector and pipeline of solar water heating system on cold-formed thin-walled steel residential buildings integrated design.
