Cold-formed thin-walled steel housing structure system is a new type of light steel building system,because It has the advantages of flexible layout,short construction period,good seismic performance,easy installation,light weight,little environmental pollution,and high degree of modernization of housing industry and so on,so,Under the background of vigorously promoting the construction of conservation minded society and taking the road of sustainable development in China,the development and research space of cold-formed thin-walled steel housing system will be broader.At present,this structural system is still at the initial stage of development in China.There is less research data on housing as a whole,and the corresponding design standards and specifications are not yet perfect.Therefore,the aseismic performance of the whole structure system of cold-formed thin-walled steel housing has a certain effect on the development and promotion of this system.In view of the complex stress characteristics of the whole structure system of cold formed thin-walled steel housing,On the basis of a large number of research documents at home and abroad,In this paper,the numerical simulation analysis of the wall of cold formed thin-walled steel house through ABAQUS finite element analysis software is carried out,and Through the low cyclic loading test on the full-scale model of the cold-formed thin-walled steel residential frame,combined with the relevant conclusions of finite element analysis and experiment,the seismic performance of the whole structure system of cold-formed thin-walled steel residence is analyzed and studied.First of all,A full-scale 1:1 full-story structure of two story cold-formed thin-walled steel housing is designed and manufactured,Based on the spatial layout and wall type of the experimental model,the related quasi-static seismic test scheme is formulated,and the test process is refined.In the next place,Using the ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the numerical simulation of the internal force wall in the single layer of cold formed thin-walled steel house is calculated,According to the actual residential wall structure,considering the influence of the way of connection between the cutting face and node on the joint force,the appropriate boundary conditions are set up,The main wall component is cold-formed thin-walled C steel,which is simulated by shell element,Analysis of the mechanical properties and failure mechanism of the wall of cold formed thin-walled steel residence based on the simulation results.It can be seen from the stress cloud map that the open cutting surface of the joint member at the wall of the wall is more serious and provides a reliable reference for the test.Then through the low cycle repeated loading test of cold bending thin walled steel house,it can be found that the failure of the cold-formed thin-walled steel residence is mainly due to the buckling deformation and tear of the flange at the open cutting surface of the joints at the cross braces,which is consistent with the failure results of the wall finite element simulation.The structural form,the number of inclined braces and the opening of the wall have a certain influence on the seismic performance of the structure,Because of the different types of construction,the damage morphology and damage degree of nodes are different in the case of cyclic loading.At last,Compare with the load displacement hysteretic curves,skeleton curves,ductility coefficient,energy dissipation characteristics,stiffness degradation and strength degradation of two layers of East and West,Because of the different horizontal loading direction,the stiffness degradation,energy dissipation,ductility and ultimate displacement of the wall are different,The overall bearing capacity and stiffness of the window wall will be reduced,but the overall ductility is better.Because the force and energy dissipation characteristics of the wall are different,it also plays a different role in the overall seismic performance of the house.
