| Building energy saving, one of the research hotspots in Civil Engineering, has gradually productive development during ten years. Because of the huge stock of buildings with high energy consumption, so Existing Building Energy Saving target in "Thirteen Five" period is still very heavy. With the renovation of existing buildings modeling increasingly complex, the traditional mode of energy-saving design deficiencies in the application process became increasingly prominent. Using BIM technology can greatly improve the quality of design, optimize management efficiency So energy efficiency renovation of these existing residential buildings based on BIM technology will have important practical significance. In this paper,The basic ideas and concepts of BIM platform as same as the classification and application of BIM tools will be described in detail. We analyzed and discussed the current experience and problems of existing energy-saving technology development. Then analyzed and summed up the specific energy efficiency renovation measures based on the BIM technology. Current renovation of existing residential building energy saving measures not only included energy-saving building envelope, ventilation shade renovation, construction equipment renovation, renewable energy use and structural safety aspects. BIM is proposed to be used on energy-saving technology of existing residential buildings. And then we discussed the design process of the building energy-saving based on BIM technology. In a residential energy-saving residential building as a case study,we conducted a field survey on the status of construction of residential areas and analyzed their energy saving potential. Then we designed three plans based on "Anhui residential building energy efficiency design standards" and "existing residential building energy-saving technology guidelines" and other related specifications. Using BIM technology to select and optimize the three plans. We obtained before and after the energy-saving effect after analyzed before and after the energy-saving thermal performance of building maintenance and construction of indoor thermal comfort conditions numerical measurement. The conclusions is not only to verify that the program meets the energy-saving design specifications, but also to verify the application of BIM technology makes a reasonable balance between the effect and the cost of energy-saving reconstruction. Finally, we put forward relevant proposals and ideas of mature application for BIM platform and energy monitoring after energy-saving reconstruction. |
