Hospital is to provide people with medical and nursing services for medical institutions, it is closely related to people's health, until the end of March 2014, the number of China's medical and health institutions reached 97.8 million. Nowadays, many large hospitals use the central air conditioning system, and the operation effect of the central air conditioning system directly affects the indoor environment quality of hospital buildings. Especially the function room, such as clinics, wards, if indoor air quality is not good, it will affect the health of doctors and patients.Now,in the outpatient department and the ward, the most prominent problem of them are indoor air quality and energy consumption.In this article, I researched indoor air quality, temperaute and humidity in outpatient department and the ward of the Guangzhou women and children medical center.The test contents include CO2 concentration, air temperature and humidity and the new air volume of air conditioning.Based on "Civil Building Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Design Code" 3.0.3 GB50736-2012 and "Indoor Air Quality Standards" GB18883-2002, the results showed that: the whole hospital building indoor temperature and humidity can meet the requirements, the ward air quality is better, but a lot of chroma of outpatient department carbon dioxide concentrations, air quality is bad, need to take effective measures to solve this problem.Focus on the perspective of design, proposed a solution, a new type of air conditioning that is energy-saving, adopt a separate indoor latent and sensible heat treatment and improve indoor air quality—Dedicated Outdoor Air System. Through Spot Investigation, Referring to the information at home and abroad, Theoretical Analysis, Simulation of Air Distribution, make the quantitative about the design parameters and the effect of indoor air distribution for DOAS applied in the outpatient department.The results show that the DOAS is applicable to the waiting room of outpatient department. New Air Unit can handle the full heat load of indoor independently. When the number of indoor persons are reducing, we should reduc the flow of fresh air and open the Sensible Heat Equipment. The air volume of DOAS is less than traditional central air conditioning, so the calculation and analysis of the air flow in the air conditioning room is important. DOAS can meet the human body thermal comfort, improve indoor air quality greatly, and has great energy saving potential.Because the DOAS system use rarely in the practical engineering in China, therefore, this article mainly depend on the perspective of theory, analysis when the the DOAS applied in hospital outpatient department, how can it meet human thermal comfort, improving indoor air quality and optimizing air distribution of air conditioning room.
