This paper briefly describes the super-tall residential structure systems and the history of seismic design method;combined with an instance of a Guangzhou super-tall residential structure seismic design;adopted the design method based on performance;Through the analysis of the elastic calculation under the action of minor earthquakes and the equivalent elastic analysis under the action of middle and major earthquakes as well as static elastoplastic analysis under the action of major earthquakes to verify if the overall index and structure performance indicators meet the seismic performance goal.The main contents includes:(1)The comparative analysis of floor slab of using different assumptionsThis project exists structural plane bump irregular situation(l/Bmax=0.38>0.35) and characterized by floor partial discontinuous(b/L=0.3<0.5),the connection of floor slab surrounding the core tube is very weak,according to this characteristic,This paper has made the contrastive analysis of the different floor slab assumption and chose a most reasonable assumption and calculation model of the floor slab.(2)Structure system analysis and design of resisting lateral forceThe plane of this project is similar to windmill so that this project is lack of torsional stiffness and the structure period ratio is 0.93.In order to strengthen the connection between "four wings" and limit the torsional effect of the structure,this paper has made comparison and analysis of several kinds of structure arrangement plan so that we can choose the most reasonable structure scheme(Both of the first and second modes translational coefficients is1.0).(3)Design and analysis of seismic performanceAccording to the structural characteristics of the project,this paper presents a reasonable seismic performance goal of structure members and the overall project.This paper adopts theseismic performance design method,using SATWE( one module of PKPM2010(Version2.2))and YJK(Version1.6)which are two kinds of structure design software to calculate and has achieved the preset seismic performance goal.(4)Static elastoplastic analysis under the action of major earthquakesThis paper expounds the process of the project using the PUSH&EPDA program and the YJK-EP program to make static elastoplastic analysis and Dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under the action of major earthquakes.Through the analysis of pushover analysis results,This paper has verified this structure can satisfy the performance goal under strong earthquakes and put forward reasonable suggestions for structure design.
