Under the background of auto production and sales scale continue to rise in China, own-brand models have a sluggish performance. Part of the reason can be summed up as the scanty investment in R & D of automotive, especially the part of Auto Control System. Currently, most OEMs interior parts are provided by suppliers, which are developed in a reverse way. So the car’s control system lacks the overall depth of research and design. This makes own-brand car control systems form mixed, leading domestic car users facing operation and cognition difficult issues, which can result in increasing the traffic safety problems. Morphology and interactive forms of auto control systems can be comprehended effectively by user, and improve vehicle interface usability and reduce user distraction, it’s an important task for our automotive industry at present.The paper first analysis auto control system morphological of domestic common models on the market currently and its changes trends, end in the statistics. Then summarize some typical characteristics, and its availability, product semantics conveyed by the line of the analysis results. Based on symbolic model and semantic communication theory, form and semantic elements of automotive control systems are deconstructed all-around contacted with the actual case. At the same time, according to the symbol encoding and decoding theories, relevance principles and relationship between form and semantic elements are researched.Driver’s cognitive and task models are established, based on cognitive psychology theory. Then some influencing factors have been analysis in the process of semantic communication, aiming to solve the complex problems in car interactive process. Facing complexity in car interactive process, some principles of avoiding "incomprehensible" in semantic design progress are put forward by communication theories of Semiotic semantic.Based on these studies, the principles framework of structure-semantic communication model and interaction-semantic communication model are built. To support that, some semantic communication design principles are followed, combined with the overall industrial design theory. Interactive genetic algorithms and fuzzy evaluation method are used in evaluating operation structure of the existing models. Finally, combine existing forms of automotive products and change trends, a sample car has been analysis, aiming to test the semantic communication model. |
