A Componentization Tactics Under The BIM Platform For Parametric Design

Because of the influence of complex form building,architecture become more and more diversified.The complex form building has gradually became a new trend.At this stage,architects can use professional digital software to design the complex form building,and use the CNC to creat the component of the building.But in this process,there is a information barriers.So we need an information platform to integrate all the information of each process.The technique of BIM(Building information Modeling) will support the circulation of information.One of the biggest features of the BIM platform is a unification of building information and data by the establishment of a set of information model,thus realizing the upstream and downstream information communication smoothly,and improve the efficiency and accuracy of construct.But BIM platform also has many problems, especially in the concept design stage. Therefore,BIM platform should not be confined to the professional BIM platform,but should include all kind of modeling and digital software.This is one of the key point of this paper. In addition, the various types of complex form buildings are classified on the paper,and I want to research the methods that how to design the complex form buildings with digital software.BIM platform will become a new direction of building industry in the future.
