Assembly is an important procedure in product manufacturing process.The assembly quality of the product has direct influence on the usability of it.With the development of digital design and digital manufacturing,digital assembly process design technology has been a focus in the domestic and overseas related research in recent years.Assembly sequence plan is the core content in digital assembly process design.The result of the assembly sequence plan has direct influence on the assembly quality of the product.This paper takes the engine nacelle of a certain type of general aircraft as the research object,and conducts intensive research on the assembly sequence plan technology for complex product.The nature of assembly sequence plan problem is a combinatorial optimization problem.This paper analyzes a variety of mainstream assembly sequence plan algorithms.Aiming at the combination explosion problem and the blind searching problem in mainstream algorithms,a composite algorithm is proposed for the assembly sequence plan on complex product based on polychromatic sets assembly information model.Firstly,the composite algorithm uses polychromatic sets assembly information model as the necessary and sufficient condition to quickly generate a number of feasible assembly sequences.Secondly,referencing the searching mode of genetic algorithm,a new variation method,which is proposed,integrates human knowledge and experience into the algorithm to conduct a preliminary optimization on the assembly sequences.Finally,aiming at the blind searching problem which appears after a certain extent of genetic algorithm,a convergence method using ant colony algorithm is proposed to make the algorithm converge quickly and obtain the optimal assembly sequence of the product.Finally,based on composite algorithm,a digital assembly sequence planning system is constructed.Using a component of the engine nacelle,the feasibility of the composite algorithm is verified.Proved by experiment,the composite algorithm could not only generate the optimal assembly sequence of the product effectively,but also have better global convergence and higher efficiency.
