Assembly is an important part of the aircraft manufacturing industry,and the assembly sequence planning is the main process part of the assembly.Whether the assembly sequence is optimised or not directly affects the quality of the product assembly,so how to make the assembly sequence more optimised has become an important research direction.This paper takes wing components as the object of study,and combines the superior global search capability of genetic algorithm and the local search capability of particle swarm algorithm to propose an intelligent assembly sequence optimisation based on a hybrid particle swarm-genetic algorithm to ensure the accuracy of the assembly sequence and the efficiency of the assembly process.The specific research work is as follows.(1)Construct the assembly sequence evaluation function.Firstly,the wing assembly information and assembly process characteristics are analysed by studying the wing structure to find out the factors affecting the assembly in the assembly process,then assembly rules are established according to these assembly factors,and the assembly sequence evaluation function is constructed according to the basic assembly rules and other evaluation indicators as constraints.(2)Design hybrid algorithms to optimise the assembly sequence.Research and analyse the process and basic principles of genetic and particle swarm algorithms respectively,take the wing as the research object,design the code,design the fitness function according to the assembly evaluation function,carry out cross-variation operation,determine the inertia weight,self-learning factor and social learning factor,the probability of cross-operation,the probability of variation operation and other parameters,complete the design of the hybrid algorithm and the specific process.(3)Implement the wing assembly sequence optimization system.The system is developed using MFC and My SQL based on the hybrid algorithm programming.The assembly part information database is established as the assembly data source,the assembly optimisation sequence is output through the human-computer interaction interface,and the range of values of each parameter is analysed according to the change curve of the fitness function,and the assembly results are analysed.In this paper,the hybrid algorithm is used to optimise the assembly sequence,and the hybrid algorithm and the particle swarm algorithm are analysed and compared for their optimisation capabilities,resulting in an optimised assembly sequence.
