| In recent years, the economy of our country has been developing rapidly. The electric energy is playing an important role in our daily life and production. Especially in the production enterprise, electric energy is almost the source of all power and one of the most basic elements of production. So the quality of electric energy directly related to the equipment service life and efficiently working. In other words, higher power quality can create more economic value and save manpower cost. In succinic acid workshop of Tianjin Bohuazhonghehuagong Co. Ltd., capacitor compensation device was installed to improve the quality of electric energy. Because of the existence of the harmonic wave, there have been a number of accidents, which caused the damage of equipment, and great economic loss. To identify the problem and prevent the occurrence of similar accidents have a great practical significance.This paper introduces the principle of power system harmonic, the research background and significance, status of domestic and overseas development. Combined with the actual case, to test the three group rectifiers in succinic acid workshop of Tianjin Bohuazhonghehuagong Co. Ltd.. From the test results we can find that 11, 13, 23, and 25-order harmonics have higher Harmonic Distortion of current. The single tuned filter and active power filter two kinds of methods are used for design of harmonic suppression. For the single tuned filter, filter composition are given, then the parameters of each element are calculated combined with the actual working condition. The simulation part adopts Simulink6.0 to build system simulation model of single tuned filter, and the results are analyzed. Since the need of production, active power filter is selected and tested by actual installation.The simulation results show that the single tuned filter has obvious effect. Through the actual installation of active power filter, harmonics are filtered out, and the electric energy quality improved obviously. So the above-mentioned design in this paper has an important theoretical significant and useful value. |
