Jilin Province Rural Community Space Layout Suitability Evaluation Allocation And Optimization

As the urban-rural integration and new rural construction progressed,Chinese rural development entered the new stage of transformation,the country transform from the “settlement” into “community”,rural community space has become a research focus in the field of unban planning.Considering the vast territory of China,research on rural community more focused more on the developed region than which it does on northeast China at present.This paper takes Jilin province rural community space as object of study.Firstly,with systematic studying methods to build the level of the research of “the relationship between integrated space and external factors-the relationship between the parts in the space-the relationship between the elements”,the authors analyze the spatial form features of different levels of rural community.Later on,with method of comparative analysis,the authors makes a horizontal comparison of fifteen typical rural communities in Changji sub-region,The southern gateway sub-region,Tongbai sub-region,Tumen rivers sub-region,The western sub-region,classify the type of spatial distribution and evaluate suitability of rural community,draw a conclusion on the suitability of the centralized community greater than banding type community greater than decentralized community.Finally,introducing the theory of space interface,through analyzing heterogeneity activities of elements of space interface,making a summary of interface characteristics of different levels of rural community of Jilin province rural community space.Putting forward to the strategies of optimize allocation of space layout of rural community at the macro,meso and micro level.Evaluating the built Jilin province rural community on suitability of space layout is the goal of this research.According to the evaluation of the results of the proposed optimization strategies,to complete the systemic review and summarize of space form features of Jilin province rural community once.Theory of space interface is used to space morphology studies of single rural community for the first time,which has a positive impact on construction of rural communities in Jilin province.To promoting the rapid development of the rural economy of Jilin province by optimizing space layout and improving efficiency of space utilization.
