The Studying On The Automation And Control System Of Power Plant Coal Stacker

This paper emphasizes on the study of work process and craftwork flow on Power Plant,by making use of the new control project and hardware facilities. This project makes all-directions auto controls to the work process and craftwork flow on Power Plant Coal Stacker, in which the fixed position system for big car and perpendicular and level position of big arm are designed. Analyzing the principle of equation fetching something for the Coal Stacker and establishing mathematics model for it, I analyze the principle of mixing coal while stacking coal elementarily, and use the punish function method to make process optimum. Bring forward the application to deliver the data information by wireless Ethernet, which replaces drag cable used formerly. On this foundation, I develop the automatic control system of the Coal Stacker and supervise and control system with perfect functions ,which may monitor the Coal Stacker work at any time. This system have already obtained the success on trial, solving the hard nut which the Coal Stacker working have not bring into the whole automatically controlling system of transporting coal for long time. Comparing with the former artificial operation, it increases the work efficiency and reduces ineluctable waste of resources because of the artificial factor ,and availably makes use of the current resources.
