With the recent haze problem increasingly prominent in our country,then curb pollution discharge is particularly important.The car exhaust emissions into the air are one of the major sources of pollutions.The pure electric vehicles are more and more attention because of the exhaust zero emissions.In the development of electric vehicles the charging method is a key technology.With the increase of the global electric car ownerships,more and more the attention of the people is the charging way.The global electric car ownership increases,the more and more attention have been paid in the charging methods,the current charging mode mainly has the charging posts and battery swapping stations.But the bare conductor is also easy to generate electric spark hidden safety problems,still occupies large space.Compared with the wired charging,wireless charging mode is flexible,not limited by space and location factors,capable of charging for electric vehicle safety and efficient,it complements the traditional charging methods in adaptability and the independent charge deficiencies.So the research on the wireless charging has important practical significance and application value.Wireless charging technology is a new technology for energy transmission by means of electromagnetic waves or electromagnetic fields,the paper on the basis of previous studies combined with the dynamic development of wireless power supply technology,researched on the magnetic coupling resonant wireless power supply technology basic the principle and transmission mechanism,structured frame work and the equivalent circuit model of the construction of wireless power supply system,revealing the mechanism of wireless power supply system and the inherent laws of transmission.This paper mainly completed the following work:First of all,in this paper,it makes a total discussion of wireless charging system,including the present situation,the selection of the energy transmission scheme,the current research problems,and putting forward the system design scheme for own.Secondly,research the features various parts of system,selecting the best scheme scheme.On the primary side,we analysis full-bridge,half-bridge and power amplification circuit characteristics and select Class E amplifier circuit as a transmitter circuit;The analysis of wireless energy transmission scheme combined with electric vehicle characteristic,using the coupling type;for the requirement of vehicle charging power and voltage,we analyzes various transform circuit,finally using Boost circuit as the voltage regulating circuit.Based on Multisim experimental platform to analyzing the affecting factors of transmission efficiency system and building the various parts of the system,and optimizing design parameters to improve transmission efficiency.Finally,building a wireless charging system experiment platform and completing with the charge control system which has STM32F103C8T6 as the core with analog capture,I/O output,PWM controlling procedures;by measuring multiple sets experimental data to verify the performance of wireless charging systems.
