The weighing system is an important part for ERP data source.And it has an important role in enterprise material management and logistics informatization.At present,the following problems still exist in the design and implementation of intelligent weighing system: cannot adapt to different environments;fixed interface layout;computational formulas are single and difficult to change,and so on.From the perspective of system itself,this thesis designs a sort of intelligent weighing system for flexible demands.The purpose is to solve the problem of weighing system to adapt to diversified environment.The thesis draws soft system methodology into it,and puts forward a method in analyzing flexible demands based on a large number of excellent literatures at home and abroad.This thesis makes some research on formula solution and flexible interface layout of intelligent weighing system in accordance with the technical route of flexible demand analysis,algorithm design,system implementation,case analysis and effect evaluation.It mainly contains in the following aspects:Firstly,based on the soft system methodology,the thesis uses rich picture analysis to describe problem situations,make root definition of relevant systems and build the flexible demand mode-S(C,Aj,Pj,W,O,E)mode.The structure and function modules of intelligent weighing system for flexible demands are designed on basis of this mode.Furthermore,it discusses the key technologies: the recursion splitting algorithm fin infix expression,interface layout algorithm based on variable resolution and table structure designing based on the U-RAM three dimension matrix model in multi-roles.At last,the thesis gives the specific running instance of system from formula editing,adaptive layout and authority control in multi-roles.As a conclusion,the effect evaluation for the system implementation is given.
