The Research Of Biomedical Science And Technology Park Construction Project In Binhai New Area

The development of modern medicine technology and industry is related to the living standards of people, the level of national economy, the harmony of society and the promotion of the level of comprehensive national power. Biomedical and other big health industries are gradually becoming a new economic growth point after the network economy, and have become the international high-end technology, economic and national competitive points.Currently there are five favorable policies including developing and opening, the common development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, One Belt and One Road, FTA construction and national self-dependent innovation demonstration construction in Binhai New Area of Tianjin city. Biomedicine industry in Binhai with the advantages of location and policies should realize the new breakthrough of technology and marketing.In this paper, we mainly study the main project of constructing biomedical science and Technology Park in the Tianjin Binhai New Area. The goal of this project is to cultivate the national strategic emerging industries, to enhance the bio-pharmaceutical field of Chinese independent innovation capability and the core competitiveness, to construct a series of public service platforms, to provide the introduced and hatching enterprises, projects, talents with the support of technical service and to integrate efficiently advanced innovation resources. According to the characteristics of biomedical technology achievement transformation, the project will construct professional incubator platform to meet the main trend of international development, provide the support of hardware and software for the enterprises in the park and strive to build good environment and atmosphere of world-leading biomedical technology innovation and industrial development.With the methods of survey, interdisciplinary research, case experience summarization, comparison and delphi method, this paper summarize and analyze the domestic and foreign key biological science and technology park’s construction and development, characteristics, management and operation, etc. In addition, we study and discuss how to construct biomedical science and technology park in Binhai New Area on the basis of biomedical industry’s development status of China, Tianjin and Binhai.
