Studies On Construction And Location Selection Of Branch Park Of University Science Park

Now, University Science Park developed in an all-around way fueled by China government, and great progress has been made. During the development of University Science Park,besides the University Science main park, branch parks are developed.This paper studied this pheomena. First, the conception of branch parks is definited and the main reason of it's appearance are analysed. Then,from the macro-view the development of branch parks is studied, and point out the orientation of the branch parks is among the locality and University Science park. The type, Function and development patterns of branch parks are analysed from mid-view. The construction and location Selection of Branch part of University Science Park are discussed combining three projects from micro-view.The first part of paper reviews the development history of University Science park, and derivated the definition of University Science branch parks, then the reason of branch parks's generation are analysed, the history of Tsinghua University Science Park's construction are summarized. Based on study on the reference theory of branch parks guidance, the orientation of branch part of University Science park are analysed, and the function of construction of branch part are discussed.The second part of the paper at first classified the type of branch park and discussed the function that branch park should be owned. On the analyse and sum the current development pattern of branch part, some selectable development patterns of branch part are given. At the same time, with the function of branch park, location Selection factor of branch part in other place are discussed and some selectable city provided for branch part construction are recommended. The third part of the paper exerted the conclusion made previously, combined three project, with the discussion on the location selection and the park construction. At last, base on analyse of cunrent situation of Branch part of University Science park in our country, the author point out the problem during the development of the Branch park, and give the advices of Branch park for the future development.The original intention of the paper is to discuss on the phenomena of Branch part of University Science Park from different views as a planner, and provide some decision reference for the manager of Branch part of University Science Park and local government.
