Aircraft landing gear as an extremely important load-bearing component of aircraft landing safely,the impact of the ground moment of the dynamic load is likely to affect the landing safety of the entire aircraft.Once the landing gear structure is damaged,it can lead to an impassable loss.Accurately carrying out the static and dynamic finite element simulation analysis of the landing gear is an effective way to evaluate the mechanical performance of the landing gear structure in an all-round way,and can systematically research the bearing capacity of landing gear structure.It is of great value for the structural improvement design of landing gear and engineering application.Taking a left main landing gear of an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle as a research object,a static and dynamic mechanical analysis model is established based on the analysis of its static and dynamic mechanical characteristics.The static and dynamic mechanical simulation of the landing gear was completed by ABAQUS software.According to the technical requirements of static test and dynamic strain test of the landing gear,the static test and dynamic strain test of landing gear are completed,and the corresponding experimental data are obtained.Comparing the simulation data with the experimental data,the results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,and the accuracy of the static dynamic model of the landing gear is verified.In order to research the damage of the undercarriage structure under large load,based on the experimental verification,the static and dynamic damage of the undercarriage was simulated and analyzed,and the destruction of the undercarriage structure under different ultimate loads was obtained.The analysis results show that when the vertical load is larger than the horizontal load,the stress of the diagonal brace is smaller and the stress is the highest at the center of the axle,which is easy to be damaged first.When the horizontal load and the vertical load are almost the same,the plastic deformation In particular,the connection between the diagonal strut and the outer cylinder was damaged.
