Research On Green Reconstruction Design Of Old Industrial Buildings In The Second Shaped Steel Factory Of The SHOU GANG GROUP

This article is about studying the green reconstruction design of old industrial building.It sets in the reconstruction of Shougang old industrial base,and takes the green reconstruction of the old industrial buildings of the second shaped steel factory as the main research object,then combines with the analysis and evaluation of the green retrofit design as to summarize the green design strategies to provide theoretical basis and experience for the future application to green transformation of old industrial building.This article is mainly divided into five parts:The first chapter analyses the problems existing in current research and practice by studying the theories and examples about transformation of old industrial building and green building technology at home and abroad to learn relevant reconstructive technique and experience.The second chapter points out the problems which Shougang are facing with by discussing the background about the remolding and relocation of Shougang old industrial base.It takes the green transformation of the old industrial buildings of the second section factory as the main research object,and puts forward the specific reconstructive goals and principles by analyzing its geographical environment,construction quality,building fa?ade and so on.The third chapter puts forward the disadvantages of traditional transformation of the old industrial buildings and the necessity of the green transformation ofthe second shaped steel factory,and analyzes the restrictive factors of its green transformation to work out the corresponding design strategy.The fourth chapter summarizes the green design method of reconstruction of the second section factory and puts forward relevant suggestions.The fifth chapter summarizes the trend of green reconstruction design of old industrial buildings as well as the characteristic.It also integrates the technology to provide theoretical basis and related experience for the future application.
