A Research On The Guideline For Protective Utilization In Ancient Buildings Of Cultural Relics In Traditional Villages

On the application of the guideline for protective utilization in ancient buildings of cultural relics in traditional villages,the purpose of this paper is to explore methods for guiding traditional village residents,management departments in proper maintenance,use and management for ancient buildings of cultural relics,and explore the compilation system and method of guideline for protective utilization by the combination of the problems faced in the protective utilization of the ancient buildings of cultural relics.The introduction is the first chapter.This chapter defines the background of the research,and analyzes the current protection,use and management situation of the ancient buildings of cultural relics in traditional villages.And,by comparing with the theory and practice of the existing guideline for architectural heritages in our country,this chapter clarifies the research significance of the guideline for protective utilization,and puts forward the research method and research framework of this topic.Research on necessity and particularity of the guideline for protective utilization is given in the second chapter.In this chapter,the origin of the guideline,the formation and main functions of the guideline for protective utilization are under discussion.And by the combination with the ubiquitous problems existing in ancient buildings of cultural relics in traditional villages,the paper discusses the necessity and applicability of the guideline for protective utilization,and also discusses the characteristics of the guideline.At last,a analysis on the object categorization and content composition is done through the case.The framework research of the guideline for protective utilization is stated in the third chapter.In this chapter,the paper puts forward the framework system of the guideline for protective utilization jointly formed by target system,compilation principle,guideline control content and correctional measures,and the target system composed of the maintenance of heritage buildings,the continuation of historical environment and the improvement of the living environment.And the guideline compilation principle consisted by such five parts as pertinency,constructability,guidance quality,long term and readability.What’s more,the paper clarifies the guideline content system which composed by the control guide content of the protective utilization of cultural relics and historical environment,and establish the correctional measures,and expounds the construction procedures of the guideline.In the fourth and fifth chapter is the research on specific control guidance measures of the guideline for protective utilization.By combining with the examples of ancient buildings of cultural relics in Huangtian village,and on the basis of the analysis of historical information and current situation of heritage buildings and historical environment in Huangtian village,the paper explores the key points and control guidance measures on the guideline for protective utilization of cultural relics from the six aspects of building plane,wall,roof,structure,doors and windows and fire fighting facilities.Meanwhile,the paper explores the key points and control guidance measures on the guideline for protective utilization of historical environment from such five aspects as the ancient road,the ancientriver,the public space,ancient bridges and non heritage buildings.The purpose of the discussion on the compilation method of the guideline for protective utilization is to form a new approach to the implementation and management of the protective utilization of architectural heritage in the village,so as to provide reference for the protective utilization of the similar architectural heritages in villages.
