Research On The Protection And Utilization Of Traditional Villages In Zhejiang Province Based On Cultural Characteristics

The foundation of Chinese traditional culture is in the countryside.Traditional villages retain the rich and colorful cultural heritage.They are important carriers for carrying and embodying the traditional civilization of the Chinese nation.Since 2012,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China(MOHURD)and other departments jointly set up the Traditional Village Protection and Development Expert Committee and Working Group,the seven ministries have identified and published a total of four batches of 4,153 traditional Chinese villages nationwide.With a long history and splendid culture,Zhejiang Province is one of the important birthplaces of Chinese culture.The long history has given birth to a large number of precious traditional villages.At present,among the first four batches of Chinese traditional villages list,Zhejiang Province has a total of 401,ranking third in the country.Based on the analysis of the first four batches of traditional villages in Zhejiang Province,this paper points out the general problems faced by the protection and utilization of traditional villages in Zhejiang Province,and through the study of the relationship between cultural characteristics and traditional villages,proposes a new idea for the protection and utilization of traditional villages in Zhejiang Province-the protection and utilization of traditional villages in Zhejiang province based on cultural characteristics.Through the study of the main cultural characteristics affecting the formation of traditional villages in Zhejiang Province,this paper puts forward six types of traditional villages in Zhejiang province,such as celebrities or descendants of clan settlement type,traditional cultural concept layout type,traditional handicraft type,revolutionary old district type,ethnic minority type,special reason type.According to different traditional village types,different protection and utilization strategies and measures are proposed.Finally,taking Dushan Village of Suichang County as the research object,on the basis of studying the existing problems of its protection and utilization,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the protection and utilization of Dushan Village.
